Bulletproof fever è un tributo dedicato al cantante Statunitense Ted Nugent. Rockaccio classico e robusto, il Nuge gode di grande popolarità e successo negli States. L'album in questione è un'immersione nel rock americano, difficile per me da giudicare in quanto non conosco a sufficienza il lavoro di Nugent. Va da se che giudicare delle cover senza conoscere i pezzi originali risulta un lavoro improbo. Mi ritrovo questo disco perché me lo ha propinato mio fratello. L'ho riascoltato oggi mentre rassettavo casa. Fila, si ascolta con piacere, c'è della bella energia. Il pezzo Cat scratch fever è interpretato da John Corabi (Motley Crue) alla voce, Randy Castillo alla batteria, DJ Ashba alla chitarra e Chuck Carric al basso. Ed ecco a voi il vero Ted Nugent.
